Library Addition Design Completed
Delaney Parametric Design recently completed the design for the Sally Ploof Hunter Memorial Library Addition project in Watertown, NY. Our scope of service included fully integrated design, initially working with the Owner to obtain a NYS Library System Grant-in-Aid and then developing the final building permit set (plans and specifications). A white paper regarding the positive effect of increased competition on bid results and final project outcomes has been published it the CMAA eJournal. A featured article is also inlcuded the CMAA Advisor. The Advisor is CMAA's quarterly update on the CM industry. The Advisor covers all segments of CM including best practices, education, safety, legislation, legal, technology, and more.
